Back when the COVID-19 pandemic was peaking, we noticed that few remote jobs were available to the French market, at least they were not that common. We decided to change the status quo, by creating a job board with a focus on full remote teams hiring French people, mainly in France, but around the world really.

It's also the opportunity to make researches about the organization shift that comes with going remote, for employees and companies alike. On our end, it's the occasion to grow a community, and change the focus from technical to a more product oriented one.

Telary news is a RSS Subscription web application, installable on your phone. It provides a customizable reading experience, and aims at helping your discover new sources of interest outside your usuals.

Telary, was a project providing teams the right tools and a framework to improve their documentation edition.

I joined Agicap, as a fullstack engineer. We built Cash Collect to track unpaid bills. On the technical side, I grew more and more interested in our data strategy and performance, increasing my skills with PostgreSQL, often reducing our data computing overrhead by a factor of 100 on critical parts.

I also took part in the product oriented strategy, on the organisational and operational level, co-leading a team of 5.

As part of the Zenika company, I work for OCEA Smart building, an energetic expenses operator.

In the technical division, we are responsible for the redesign of their information system, all their internal applications necessary for their daily operations. More precisely I implement the UX/UI of their software. More than simply coding using Vue and Vuetify, we always try to challenge the status quo, being in design or in frontend architecture. For example, we use the micro-frontend pattern, and crafting principles to drive us.

I had the opportunity to bring some of my experience to this young team of 3 on a challenging project, regarding the maintenance of nuclear powerplant in the whole country.

I mainly operated as a Lead Dev regarding the quality and technical decisions. I also lead the maintenance of the infrastructure and the migration to elasticsearch 7. In addition, I worked in improving the CI/CD environment.

Along with a friend, we started a project aiming at creating a tool for IT teams, mainly in the service industry, to decrease the impact of turnover, and provide a framework to improve the professional progression of developers.

I worked as a fullstack developer in this hyper dynamic digital agency. I gained more experience with React Native as well as more established technologies like Symfony.

I was also in charge of IT operation and I had to look after nearly 70 sites and their specifities on our multiple environments and servers. This included production deployments as well as maintaining the smooth execution of each application.

After some time I became the head maintainer for centredeformationjuridique.com on a legacy e-commerce and digital tooling infrastructure running on a LAMP stack.
